Shipping Partners
• We primarily use the services of Delhivery and DTDC to ship our orders.
Order Processing Time
• Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-4 business days.
• If the next day falls on a Sunday, the order will be dispatched on Monday, as Sunday
is a non-operational day.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
• This timeline applies to all shipping categories, including Super Express, Express,
and Standard Orders. Delivery Time
• For domestic orders, the minimum delivery time is same-day delivery, and the
maximum delivery time is 7 days.
• For international orders, the minimum delivery time is 7 days, and the maximum
delivery time is 15 days.
24-Hour Delivery Service
• Available exclusively for Tricity areas (Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula).
• Applicable on orders above ₹10,000.
• Not available on Sundays, public holidays, or during festive seasons.
• Delivery timelines may be impacted by unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather
conditions.
Express and Super Express Shipping
• Please be advised that Super Express (1-3 days) and Express (2-4 days) shipping
may experience delays due to weather conditions, holidays, festivals, or unforeseen
circumstances.
• In such cases, the expected delivery timeframes for these services may not be
applicable.
• Please note: Shipping charges will be deducted if you cancel your order. Order
Tracking
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and
WhatsApp, which you can use to track your order on the respective courier
company’s website.
Order Updates
• We will keep you updated on the status of your order via email and WhatsApp.
Return Policy
• We offer a 14-day Return policy.
• We also offer replacements in the case of damaged orders received or quality issues.
